Konrad 8 is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to twelve guests at a time. The home has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two guest toilets, as well as an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds each, the fifth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the sixth bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, while the remaining two bathrooms have just a shower. The home boasts two kitchens. Each kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The living area has a 10-seater dining table, and the lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with DStv channels and Wi-Fi. Hidden under the staircase is a children's corner with books and toys to keep children occupied during rainy days. Additionally, this property has a splash pool, spacious patio areas with outdoor seating, and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking, outside motion beams, and an alarm system with 24-hour armed response.
