Klopdisselboom comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the fifth bedroom includes two single beds; these two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Quality linen and towels are provided for guests' comfort. The home's open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a coffee machine, along with convenient amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a warm space for shared meals, while the lounge area features cozy seating, a TV with DStv, and free Wi-Fi. Klopdisselboom is designed for year-round enjoyment, featuring an indoor built-in braai perfect for cooler months. For added entertainment, the house includes a playroom equipped with a pool table, table tennis, and a dartboard. The outdoor space shines with a covered wooden deck, sun loungers, and a kol-kol wood-fired hot tub. Guests can also enjoy a second outdoor braai area with stunning lagoon views. Secure parking and an alarm system with enhanced security, including electric fencing, provide peace of mind.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
