Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Check-In/Check-Out - Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
At no time may the number of guests occupying the home exceed the number reflected in the reservation.
Our property is not pet-friendly unless specified otherwise.
No smoking inside the property. If smoking outside, ensure all windows and doors are closed.
This is a self-catering unit and not serviced during your stay.
Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 22:00 and 6:00
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
The property owner and managing agent are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay.
The property owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
