A wide veranda leading off the kitchen and lounge leads to lawns with a conference size private braai with lapa style seating. Outdoor furniture allows for outside dining under a pergola in the shade of a 100 year old vine. There is air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi access and a washing machine.
