Kian's Place is a large holiday home sleeping eight guests in three bedrooms all on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds and share a separate bathroom. The house is also equipped with linen and towels. The second floor has the living area and from here you can look out over Langebaan towards the Lagoon. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with hotel boutique DStv. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar with bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a fridge / freezer, oven / stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a built in braai and a dartboard for your entertainment. The house has a large enclosed garden with a well maintained lawn.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The following are not allowed at the property:
Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 13 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
