An open plan studio layout with architect designed interior features, this spacious and naturally lit apartment can accommodate up to four guests in a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living room boasts comfortable furniture and guests can enjoy a movie on the flat screen mounted TV with DSTV (compact package) whilst staying in bed. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and basin.Exposed concrete ceiling compliments the grey brick wall in the living room and gives 417 its industrial look; whilst the clean, neutral colours add warmth to the interior. Open the blinds and patio shutter doors to allow the natural light to flow in or step out onto the balcony with your morning coffee in hand.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
