Exclusive Use Holiday Apartment
Kaalvoet Villa is the top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home in Yzerfontein There are four bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. Bedroom two and three are each furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom four is furnished with two single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bathroom is fitted with a large walk in shower, toilet and basin. The living area is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. The very spacious open-plan living area consists of a lounge and dining area and is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck! There is Wi-Fi, DStv (full bouquet), a separate scullery, laundry and parking on the premises.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
