Review by JOHN BRAISHER (Weymouth, UK)

Joan's Place is a well established abode revelling in family history and recorded testiments of the many people who have enjoyed their time staying at this unique accommodation over past years.
Indeed 'Rustic' no red carpet, four poster beds just plain simple home comforts that meet every requirement of the self catering community.
Location breathless, stunning and ideally situated for all types of outdoor recreation, our passion golf so we were centred within easy reach of many of the best golf courses South Africa has to offer.
As for your hosts, D&G well hospitality is their middle name
you will not want for anything.......definately be back!!!

Children policy
Children of all ages are welcome - Joan’s Place is a haven for children, due to the safety of the Island and the freedom for children to explore this small area without danger. However, please note that the house is set in front of a tidal river. Children who cannot swim are thus required to wear protective garments or water wings at all times. We will take no responsibility for accidents in this regard.
