How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
The full accommodation will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 0 - 7 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is cancelled more than seven days before arrival: A 10% admin fee will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded.
Early departure or no show: No refund.
