Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome - however because we are a spa there are not often children here.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• A full refund will be given when canceling more than 30 days prior to arrival
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged when canceling within two weeks and more prior to arrival
• If canceling within less than 4 days prior to arrival no refund will be given
• A R50 bank charge will apply for all refunds
