Situated on the seventh floor, this modern apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the bathroom features a bath, a separate shower, a basin, and a toilet.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay, including a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove.

The bright open-plan living area combines the dining and lounge spaces to create a welcoming environment. The dining area includes a table with seating, while the lounge is fitted with a TV offering selected DStv channels. Large sliding doors open onto a private balcony, where guests can unwind while taking in sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding area.

Residents of the complex can enjoy a selection of excellent shared facilities, including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, braai facilities, and a squash court. Additional conveniences include elevator access and secure on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Our properties are self-catering, meaning you'll have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at your own convenience. To get you started, we provide you with the following complimentary essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Replenish these as needed.

Please note that the apartment is equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, we've generously pre-loaded each unit with an average usage allowance for a small family. For longer stays 7 Days+, you may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This allows us to promote responsible consumption and keep costs manageable for all guests & property owners.
