About Imani Bush House

Imani Bush House is a stunning and peaceful self-catering unit situated in a private setting in the sand forest of Kuleni Game Park, a 220-hectare rare and unique forest that will restore your soul. The park has kudu, impala, wildebeest, nyala, giraffe, zebra, warthog and an abundance of birdlife, yet there are no predators which means you are free to explore our network of well-marked walking trails. Near the property is a bird hide and water hole and benches are tucked in shaded areas for a rest or picnic.

Self Catering Accommodation

Nestled in the trees the stunning decked Imani Bush House features a spacious double bedroom, large en-suite with a spa bath and outdoor shower. A second twin bedroom faces the plunge pool, also en-suite with a shower. Both rooms have glass doors that slide completely open to views of the bush and lawn with a charming old tree swing.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The living area is comfortable, has TV with DStv and leads onto a patio with a large table and chairs. A small water hole sits a few meters from the property and there is a lovely bird hide just a 100-metre walk through the forest.

Adjacent to the house, The Cabin offers a third cosy en-suite bedroom with a Queen-size bed and braai area. The Cabin is for exclusive use for our guests staying at Imani Bush House.

Groups needing space for a further two guests can book the Silver Sky Chalet as well, which is 40 meters away from Imani Bush House

Perfect setup for a nice spontaneous weekend away. The cottage was well equipped, open plan and clean. Definitely felt a connection to nature with the extensive glazing and open deck. The pool was also nice and refreshing with the hot humid days setting in.

We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Sky Chalet at the Imani Bush house. It was neat, modern and clean. The pool allowed us to have a wonderful cool down on a hot day and the outside shower was an interesting experience (be it quite something to get used to the gas settings) We enjoyed the local sights (False bay) and went on a game drive close by in the imfolozi game reserve. Its a great break away from the city!
