Friendly service and calm atmosphere with excellent view. Can maybe inspect the carpet in the room with dirty spots on and the one curtain hook that was hanging loose

Wow! Our stay at Il Castello was superb. The staff were friendly and accommodating to every need. The food was excellent considering we are vegetarian and this was very well catered for. I would return in a heartbeat and stay for longer. My husband and I were very ill with flu when we got to Clarens but the stay helped us to recuperate faster. The staff made it very pleasant for us. Well done on the magnificent services provided.

Our stay, although only one night, was most memorable. The staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms and the hotel in general were beautifully appointed. The food was excellent and plentiful. Service could not be faulted and we will definitely visit again.
