This top floor unit with 2 bedrooms / 1 bath, at the foothills of Chapman's Peak, is a mere 250 meters from the 6 km long Long Beach and from restaurants. It offers spectacular views of both the sea and the mountains and of the adjacent nature reserve. Please note that the ground floor with it's own entrance is rented out permanently. The garden, laundry and swimming pool are shared, although the elderly gentleman who resides downstairs respects the privacy of our guests.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• Any cancellations forfeit 10% of the total booking quote to cover credit card and banking fees
• Cancellations more than 42 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote
• Cancellations less than 42 prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote
• For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable
