Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owners / managements discretion. The following types of payments are accepted: Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only. If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival. If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed. Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit. If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
