Home Sweet Home is a guest house in Springbok with four fully furnished self-catering units. Each unit has a small patio with an outside table and chairs. Units have an open plan room furnished with a comfortable couch.

There is TV with satellite channels, a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom fitted with bath/shower combination or shower only, toilet and basin.

Activities and Attractions

Originally called Springbokfontein, Springbok is the administrative capital of the region as well as the last major town in South Africa before the border into Namibia. Springboks position as a stopover en route to Namibia and its reputation as the flower capital of Namaqualand have placed Springbok on the map. The Skilpad Wildflower Nature Reserve, particularly in August and September, is a perfect reason to visit the area, as is the Augrabies Waterfall, the Goegap Nature Reserve, the Blue Mine - Springbok's first mine and the war graves from the Anglo Boer War.

We arrived in Springbok and it is quite a big town with all major store outlets like Spar, OK, Truworths, KFC and even Debonairs. There is also la big Industrial are and even a savemor wholesalers. We were greeted by a lovely friendly host. Our accommodation was immaculate and had the nicest percale bedding which I really appreciated. We were advised of the loadshedding schedule and advised of places of interest. Our host went out of her way to get directions and best route to our next destination Honneklip baai. I would highly recommend this accommodation in Springbok.
