The open-plan living area and well equipped kitchen lead onto a private sunny deck and garden which has spectacular views over all of Green Point to Robben Island, the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Harbour, Durbanville Hills and the incredible Atlantic Ocean.; An adjustable aluminum pergola above the deck provides shade and additional privacy. Day time shows off with the bustle below you, while the city sparkles for you at night. A large en-suite bedroom offers you ample cupboard space and mind blowing views. Floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors in the bedroom open up the room and lead on to the garden and deck. In winter, you will wake up to a magnificent sunrise over Durbanville Hills (clear skies permitting) and, if you’re lucky enough to experience full moon during your stay, enjoy the beauty of its reflection off the ocean below you - lighting up the city and harbour.
