A booking at Hamiltons Tented Camp includes/excludes

RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, three meals and selected beverages (soft drinks, water, beer, selected wines and spirits). Two game drives and VAT at 15%.

RATES EXCLUDE:
Transfers not specified, premium brand beverages and gate entry fees, which are payable per person per stay. Subject to increase without prior notification.

Luxury Tents

Each of the magnificent tents is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, basin and an outdoor shower. The tent has teak floorboards, mosquito nets and a private deck with beautiful views. These canvas havens each have air conditioning, a desk and a seating area. The tents have electricity. The fully inclusive rate includes your accommodation, three meals a day, selected beverages (soft drinks, water, beer, selected wines and spirits) and two game drives / wildlife safaris daily.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellation must be sent in writing to reservations. Penalties are calculated on the total of stay. All no shows will be charged at 100% of the total value of the booking. Cancellations 60 - 31 Days prior to arrival forfeit 50%. Cancellations 31 days or less prior to arrival forfeit 100%.
