Exactly what i was looking for, a quiet, secluded night not too far out perfect for a couples retreat.

A fabulous 'out in the bush' atmosphere. It felt as if I was on safari. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed clean and comfortable. The grounds were amazing! What a perfect place for a wedding. I would have loved to have had the time to laze in one of the tented gazebos with a book and a long cold drink (or even coffee!) and experience more of what the Estate has to offer.I would recommend Hakunamatata to anyone wanting a South African experience.

the place is lovely and very good for a relaxing get away. i loved that it is a short distance from the Johannesburg CBD but still feels like a bush get away far from the madding crowd. the environment is tranquil ad very relaxing. the staff were excellent especially Gilbert and Ellen who tended to our every need.
