Graceland Farm consists of two bedrooms on the bottom floor and two dorm-style rooms on the upper floor. Each bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and there are two bathrooms with a bath, toilet and a basin in each. Each dorm room, on the upper floor, has a double bed and three single beds in each. The third bathroom also comprises a bath, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable couches as well as a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, tea / coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The dining area has plenty of seating for guests to enjoy their meals. There are lovely BBQ / braai facilities available for guest use during their stay. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
