How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
8 - 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to 50% of the accommodation fee.
1 - 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% of the accommodation fee.
Cancellations made on the same day will be charged in full.
Long-stay guess (30 days+) will only be refunded 20% of the remainder of the reservation.
No Show policy: A no show is the non-arrival of a guests(s) without notification to the B&B.
In the case of a no-show, accommodation will be charged in full.
