Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Fynbos Garden Cottage on receipt of your quote request.

Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R1000 post departure cleaning fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
Please notify the Management Team (who will provide your check-in/out) of any damages or defects noticed in the house or on the property, visible upon arrival up to 2 days after occupation. Please also notify them of any damages/breakages incurred during your stay.
Please do not use bath towels are beach/swimming towels.
No pets are allowed on the property. The owners live on the property with their dogs and cats who may come visit.
Children of all ages are allowed, however, please note the cottage and property isn't equipped for small children/babies i.e the balconies don't have safety gates and the swimming pool doesn't have a safety net. Do take care of small children. Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.
Due to the natural surroundings, charcoal is to be used in the portable braai and wood can be used in the fire pit braai. Please ensure ALL fires are put OUT if unattended/you leave as this property is a high fire risk area.
Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. This will be withheld off your breakages deposit.
Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service.
The property is in nature, please keep a watchful eye for snakes and other creatures.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome, however, please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with. Do take care of small children as there are no safety gates and the swimming pool does not have a safety net.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit, you will be refunded any additional payments made if you cancel 60 - 30 days prior to arrival.
You will waive 100% of payments made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival.
