This ground floor unit leads with a veranda that leads out onto the garden. Walked in at the entrance there is an open-plan room with a dining area, a small lounge with a TV and a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a bar fridges, 2-plate stove, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Then there is a second room with 2 single beds, which also opens to the outside veranda. There is also air conditioning in the unit.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made seven or more days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between two and six days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 24 hours or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund. If a cancellation occurs on the arrival date or in the case of a “no-show,” the full balance of the booking cost will still be payable. Cancellations made after the arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid for the duration of the original booking. In cases where a booking has been deferred, all payments will be forfeited if the reservation is subsequently cancelled.
