This unit is situated very close to the milking parlor and farm yard with the lovely farm noises. It is not at the dam. This unit with its neighbouring Kalfie unit was the calf housing area in former days, converted into accommodation. The unit features a double bed, a bunk bed and a sleeper couch in a single room flat. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and a basin. The unit features a fridge, a microwave and a breakfast nook. Under roof braai facilities (shared) or a private moveable braai is available.

The Chalet is a thatched roofed cottage and overlooks the green valley facing the Langeberg Mountains and the lake. This unit has two bedrooms that are equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The loft has two single beds for kids. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and contains a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and built-in cupboards. This unit also has a living area with neat seating arrangements, and a private moveable braai facility.

The Eland unit is a forest hut tucked away in the indigenous wild olive forest on the edge of the dam, overlooking the Langeberg mountains. This unit is very spacious with an open plan kitchen, living area that leads out onto a deck and outside braai area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, little stove and a fireplace. The unit has one double bed in the main bedroom, two bunk beds in the second bedroom and one bunk bed in the living area.
