Lions Sands Fish Eagle Residence gives you your own private piece of Africa, between the bush and the river. Between a knot of Jackalberry trees on the banks of the Sabie River, this beautiful two-bedroom Villa offers Sabie accommodation with private luxury and personalised service.

Accommodation

Fish Eagle Residence is a luxurious, private three-bedroom home set on the banks of the Sabie River at Ivory Lodge. Ideal for families or groups travelling together, this exclusive residence offers exceptional privacy, generous space and unforgettable wilderness views in a serene safari setting.

Accommodating up to eight guests (six adults and two children), the residence features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and expansive living areas spanning approximately 6,350 ft². Guests can enjoy their own private lap pool, a dedicated fire deck for relaxed evenings under the stars, and a fully stocked wine room.

The experience is enhanced by a range of premium inclusions, such as a private chef, a private safari vehicle, a well-stocked pantry, and a dedicated residence concierge to tailor your stay. Families are well catered for with curated children’s activities, ensuring an enriching and memorable safari experience for all ages.

Dining

Guests can dine on our outdoor deck overlooking the river, in our indoor dining area, or in our boma. Intimate dinner settings may also be arranged in imaginative locations. Kosher dining is available.

Activities

The activities programme has been developed to enhance the guest's safari experience by enabling the guest to tailor-make their stay with us. The activities are all offered in a flexible and convenient environment. The activities programme is uniquely exclusive to Lion Sands guests only. Activities included in the daily tariff are: Open Land Rover game drives; Bush Breakfasts; Bush Walks; Fishing; Wildlife Lectures; Picnic lunches; Hippopotamus Tour; Bush Dinners; Astronomy and Full-Moon Walks.

Additional Activities which are available but not included in the daily tariff are: Private Land Rover hire (Exclusivity, Specialist Photography, Bird watching); Health Spa; Clay Pigeon Shooting; Sleep-out Hide. By Arrangement visits to: Kruger National Park (KNP) Golf Course; Helicopter flights to the Blyde River Canyon, Ballooning Safari, Hazyview and a visit to a Cultural Village.
