Invicta Cottage
The cottage, which is situated close to the water’s edge, sleeps four in two cosy bedrooms furnished with a double bed and twin beds or two double beds. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, indoor fireplace and a private outdoor boma with braai facilities. DStv is provided.

Woolly Bugger
An annex to Matuka, ‘Woolly Bugger; offers one double room, another room with two single beds, a shower and separate toilet. The self catering cottage has a fully fitted kitchens and linen is supplied.

Marabou Cottage
This spacious cottage has two bedrooms both with an en suite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the other room with a double. Marabou also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge with a fireplace and DStv (bring own decoder and smart card). There is a private boma and braai facilities.

Matuka Cottage
This spacious retreat is the largest of our units. Sleeping six comfortably, it is comprised of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a single room with two single beds and a separate bathroom. There is a log fireplace, DStv (bring your own decoder and smart card) in the lounge / dining area and a bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and braai facilities are provided in the private boma.

Balance payment is due within 30 days of travel date.
If full payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the cancellation policy applies.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
Should a cancellation be received between 30 days and 0 days prior to due arrival date 100% of the contracted rate will be charged.
Cancellations and Confirmations must be in writing by all parties concerned.
Notwithstanding the above terms, Fancy Free Fly Fish Retreat reserves the right to cancel any reservation should full payment or a deposit not be received.
Any queries on an invoice must be communicated in writing to your Reservations Consultants within 7 days of issue, failing which the Invoice will be deemed accepted by yourselves as correct.
