Furthermore, under South African law, guests will be held legally responsible for any loss of business incurred due to smoking or property damage.

Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate.
Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate's residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.
No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate's expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
Failure to comply with these rules could result in fines or immediate eviction from the property. We value your cooperation in helping to maintain the peaceful environment that Kingswood Estate is known for.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
