How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before booking - 100% refunded
Cancellation 15 - 29 days before arrival - 75 % refunded
Cancellation 8 - 14 days before arrival - 50 % refunded
No refunds for cancellations less than 8 days before arrival or early departure
Emtonjeni Country Lodge levies a 10% admin fee on any refunds processed
Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied
