The property accommodates up to 12 adults and 2 children across six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 12-seater table overlooking the ocean and mountains. The lounge and TV lounge offer comfortable seating with smart TVs featuring Netflix; guests may log into their own DStv or Showmax accounts. A wood-burning fireplace provides warmth and ambiance in the main living area.; ; Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace, which features a swimming pool, outdoor lounge seating, sun loungers, and a bar counter with stools and a built-in braai. Additional amenities include a study with a desk and printer, a guest cloakroom, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, and outdoor drying rack. The property benefits from solar power with an inverter, Wi-Fi throughout, monitored estate access, and a comprehensive in-home alarm system with flexible arming options.
