Elm Tree House has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with an XL King-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, dual basins and a toilet. The bedroom also has a fireplace and a private terrace. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with XL single beds and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a King-size XL bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and dual basins. On the first floor is a separate toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor as well as a dining area and lounge in the conservatory. There is also a lounge / TV room and a huge playroom on the first floor. The house has a battery back-up for the lights, smart TV and Wi-Fi for electricity outages. The house has elevated terraces, one with a luxury braai, all with comfortable lounge sets and chairs. Secure parking is available onsite for four cars within the fenced property.
