Ellefsen Golf Suite 137 is a first-floor apartment which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. All linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own beach towels. The fully tiled, open plan living area is stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central four seater dining table. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided. The lounge has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens, via sliding doors, to a furnished balcony with built in braai facilities. The apartment has a dedicated garage and parking bay.

Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
