Ellefsen 108 is a first-floor, beautifully furnished apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. All linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels. The tiled, open-plan living area has a kitchen that is well equipped for a self catering stay and includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a central dining table to enjoy meals at. Leading from the kitchen is a comfortably furnished lounge with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens, via sliding doors, to a covered balcony which is furnished with a small table and chairs and has a built-in braai. This is a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Secure parking is provided in a garage and an allocated parking bay.

Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
