Eland Street 3369 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. A stylish open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything guests would need, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, kettle, and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge, which includes a TV with exclusive DStv. The outdoor area of our holiday home is a true highlight, surrounded by the natural beauty of Marloth Park. Enjoy the spacious veranda, where you can bask in the sunlight or sip your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the bushveld. The braai area is perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings, as you savor delicious grilled meals under the starry sky. There is also a fire pit and a covered splash pool.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
