How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Any cancellations will be dealt with on a one to one basis depending on notification time.
Deposits are not refundable, unless the unit is re-let.
Cancellation refunds will have a 10% admin fee of booking amount deducted.
