Situated on the second floor, Eden on the Bay 259 comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, the first fitted with a separate bath and shower, and the second equipped with a shower.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for a convenient self-catering stay and includes a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, and ample built-in cupboard space. The open-plan living area features a dining table with seating and a comfortable lounge with a TV offering selected DStv channels. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a gas braai, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day of sightseeing or enjoying the beach. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Guests benefit from secure underground parking and 24-hour security within the complex. Eden on the Bay also offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, boutique shops, and a Pick n Pay supermarket, all conveniently located within the development.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.
Keys may only be handed to the booking holder.
Laundry & Towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
