Situated in Jacobs Bay on the Cape West Coast, Hospital Bay Beach House is less than 50m from the water's edge and just a few steps from the beach. The magnificent location offers you the perfect chance to fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

Jacobsbaai Self Catering

Hospital Bay Beach House has been designed to take advantage of the location; the full length sliding glass doors leading out onto a sun deck and from there down onto the beach. The entire house, including bedrooms, opens up giving direct access to decking and the dunes.

With four large en-suite bedrooms, the house sleeps eight adults comfortably, or six adults and children. Additional children can be accommodated on mattresses. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed (or twin beds) and has a full en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and also has a full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also furnished with a Queen-size bed and makes use of a large shower bathroom just across the corridor. The thatched loft bedroom is ideal for kids; it is furnished with two Queen-size beds and a cot. There is an en-suite shower room.

The main level has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which lead onto the deck. In addition to this, there is also an indoor braai area and comfortable seating as well as a TV lounge with full DStv and a DVD player.

The lower level has an entertainment room with separate full DStv and DVD, a mini kitchenette and additional kitchen. This level also has a large sheltered outdoor braai.

The deck is furnished with chairs and sun lounges. With cushions and beach towels included, as well as a few toys for children to play in the sand.

Location & Attractions

Jacobs Bay is a traditional West Coast little fishing village with white washed homes and is the perfect place to fish, dive, sail, go for long scenic walks or just to relax on the sandy shores. The sea is safe for swimming and body surfing.
