Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
50% will be forfeited if cancelled 8-6 Weeks prior to occupation.
100% will be forfeited if cancelled 0-6 Weeks prior to occupation.
Modifications – will be allowed on fully paid reservation up to 6 weeks prior to occupation with no forfeiture.
