The living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together with ease and open onto a generous sea facing patio where the ocean stretches toward the Robberg Peninsula. A second patio at the rear overlooks the fynbos forest and features a built in braai, making relaxed outdoor meals part of the everyday rhythm. The lower level includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own modern en suite bathroom and direct access to a private patio. Positioned within a secure beachfront estate with a communal pool, this home provides first row sea views and direct access to the soft, golden sands of Keurbooms Beach. The front patio offers views of the ocean cliffs and surrounding hills. It includes a six seater dining table, a built in wood braai, a wooden serving station with stools, and a sink, all positioned near sliding doors that open into the open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. The kitchen features a central island with chairs, a four plate gas stove, an electric oven, a single sink, a fridge and freezer, and small appliances that include a Nespresso machine, Smeg toaster, and Smeg kettle. The adjoining scullery provides a double sink, a dishwasher, and an ice machine. The dining area includes a six seater table set toward the sea view. The lounge is furnished with a three seater couch, three armchairs, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace while overlooking both the garden and the ocean. The balcony presents both garden and sea views and is furnished with fold up chairs, small wooden tables, sofa chairs, a two seater sofa, a central coffee table, and comfortable beanbags. Downstairs, which is accessed by sixteen stairs, includes a guest toilet with a basin and toilet along with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a sink. Bedroom 1 overlooks the garden patio and includes a king size bed that can convert into two singles, electric heating, wall mounted reading lights, a chair, built in cupboards, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, and basin. It opens onto a patio furnished with a coffee table and chairs. Bedroom 2 also overlooks the garden patio and features a queen bed with electric heating, wall mounted reading lights, a sleeper couch, a chair, built in cupboards, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, and basin. The room opens onto a patio with a coffee table and chairs. Bedroom 3 is the main bedroom with garden views. It includes a king size bed with electric heating, wall mounted reading lights, a ceiling fan, a sleeper couch, two bedroom chairs, built in cupboards, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, and basin. This room too opens onto a patio with a coffee table and chairs. The home is equipped with an inverter that powers the lights, Smart TV, Wi Fi, and fridge, supported by solar power with battery backup. Wi Fi is available throughout the property. DSTV and Netflix are accessible through tenants’ own accounts. Additional conveniences include standing umbrellas, sun loungers, a pedestal fan, and a mobile gas heater. Parking is provided with a double grass parking area.
