Dullstroom Manor is set on a stunning Trout and Game Farm near the town of Dullstroom. It has been lovingly modernized to be a family getaway with a beautiful main house and cosy cottage. This stunning farm is an absolute luxurious escape plan – the tranquil streams and calm trees channel the mind to a quiet and serene place. Located approximately 10km from Dullstroom via the R540, makes it the perfect place to escape from the busy city life, without moving too far away from civilization.

Self Catering Accommodation

Dullstroom Manor offers a choice of our stunning Manor House which sleeps six adults and two children in three bedrooms or our Farm Cottage which sleeps four adults and two children in two bedrooms.

Both units have a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a fireplace, TV with Netflix and private braai facilities.

Units are serviced once daily. We have an in-house cook to do your food preparations for you by arrangement only.

There is a large lapa area with a pizza oven and braai facilities that guests can hire at an additional charge.

Experience

Fishing is an absolute must for all fishing lovers in the three large trout dams located on the farm – being alongside a pool of water beneath the shade of a tree with only your thoughts as the perfect relaxing scene.

Enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings while taking a game drive during the sunrise or sunset. Animals on the farm include Zebra, Red Hartebeest, Springbuck, Oryx, Black Impala, Deer, Blesbok, Colebrook Pigs and Reedbuck.

There is also a stunningly maintained tennis court and cricket pitch to keep you active while you are relaxing. With bright colours stretching over the pastures in summer and crystal white folding over the vegetation in winter, the magic of this farm never ceases to amaze.

This spacious three bedroom farmhouse has lots to offer. The open lounge and dining room has a large fireplace that brings families together with a homey feeling. The main en-suite bedroom has large windows overlooking the farm. The second and third bedroom share an en-suite bathroom with an additional third bathroom in the hallway. The northern patio is closed off and has a lovely fireplace and braai with a large dining room table to allow families to socialise in comfort during any time of the day or night. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate scullery, meaning you don’t need to bring your entire home with you. The farm house has TV’s with Netflix in all the rooms as well as lounge. The children’s play area has lots to keep the kiddies entertained while you relax.
