The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants catering for all tastes, bars and shops, from boutiques to big supermarkets as well as five minutes walk from the CBD. This two bedroom apartment is situated behind the main house and comprises of two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed) and one bathroom with a shower in the bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen (convection oven, two plate stove, toaster and kettle) and lounge with full satellite television as well as a lush little garden with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a separate entrance. Travelling with children?
The unit sleeps four adults only and is not suitable for children under 12 years.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing. Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by us, the full amount will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation. Up to 30 days prior to arrival you have the right to cancel or amend the booking without penalty. 100% of the quoted rate will be charged for the full period if the booking is cancelled or postponed 30 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to release all non guaranteed reservations at 18h00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised. All no shows will be charged for in full for the entire period at the reserved room rate. Any refunds processed will be subjected to an 8% Administration Fee.
