Douglas Lodge is a large thatched building. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor (Bedrooms 1-4) and one bedroom (Bedroom 5) and meeting room on the first floor. One room has a King-size bed, two bunk beds and en-suite bathroom, one has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, one has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the remaining two rooms both have Queen-size beds and share a bathroom.

Travelling with children?
The rooms sleeps two adults each and are not suitable for children.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply, as follows:
• More than one month prior to check-in date: No forfeit - full refund
• 22-30 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 25% of the deposit
• 15-21 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 50% of the deposit
• 08-14 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 75% of the deposit
• 01-07 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Non-arrival or early departure: No refund - the total booking value is forfeit / payable
