About Die Strandhuis

Die Strandhuis is situated in Umdloti and offers accommodation in four separate units which are all set in a garden with sea views. The units are only 60m from the beach, 11 kilometers from King Shaka Airport and Durban is 25 kilometres to the South.

Self Catering Accommodation

Die Strandhuis self catering units have access to a sparkling enclosed pool. All the units are serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays. Bath towels, all linen and dishcloths are provided, bring beach towels. M-Net, Movie Magic 1 and 2, kykNET, all Sports Channels, SABC 1, 2, 3 and E-TV are available.

The House:
The House has 3 sea-facing bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and scullery and a large stoep with a built-in braai. All the rooms have fan ventilation. DStv available if you bring your smart card. Serviced daily.

The Embuia:
The Embuia sleeps four people and is ideal for a family. The main en-suite bedroom has a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV and lounge area and can be used as a bachelor flat. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed and bedroom two has 2 single beds.

The Rosewood:
The Rosewood is sea facing, sleeps 2, is en-suite, is fan ventilated, has a fully equipped kitchenette/kitchen and you can braai in the garden. a TV with DStv is available if you bring your smart card. Safe parking and serviced.

Greta's:
Greta's is a Deluxe unit. It is ideal for a 2 guests. The main bedroom is a tiled bedroom which consists of a King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower only. Spacious open-plan lounge, dining room, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and a kitchenette.
