No smoking indoors.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
No outside visitors.
Must obey traffic rules.
Quiet hours between 22h00 pm to 06h00 am.
No hubbly bubbly allowed, even outside.
Guest list, car registration, and driver's ID to be provided before arrival.
Guests will be responsible for any breakages that occur during their stay.
Guests are liable for themselves by the pool/swim at their own risk.
Property owners and managers are not responsible for any injuries.
The housekeeper has a room outside the kitchen where she might sleep during the occupation.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
