Campsite CK6P

A maximum of 6 campers, 1 caravan with a side tent and 1 vehicle, or 1 tent and 1 vehicle, or 1 autovilla or motorised caravan will be permitted per site. The sites use of of communal ablutions, laundry facilities, and kitchen facilities with 24-hour boiling water, electric hot-plates and washing up facilities. These sites have power points. Extra vehicles are charged an additional fee per night.

Safari Tent

These permanent furnished canvas tents each contain 2 single beds, a standing fan, a fridge-freezer, and a small outside verandah with a table and chairs. Braai facilities are available. The tents have shared use of communal ablutions, laundry facilities, and kitchen facilities with 24-hour boiling water, electric hot-plates and washing up facilities. One is disabled accessible.

Bungalow BD2Z

These bungalows are accessible to the mobility challenged. Each air-conditioned bungalow contains 2 single beds, and a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin. Outside, there is a covered verandah with a dining table and chairs, and a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a 2-plate hot-plate, a kettle, toaster, and a sink. Braai facilities are provided.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
