How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Country Park reserves the right to cancel any booking not honored within 48 hours of the initial booking being made. Kindly notify us by fax or e-mail of your intention to cancel a booking.
Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
No arrival: Liable for full payment of booking.
1-7 days prior to arrival: No refund of deposit paid.
8-13 days prior to arrival; 25% refund of deposit paid
14-20 days prior to arrival: 50 % refund of deposit paid
21-30 days prior to arrival: 75% refund of deposit paid.
31 and more day prior to arrival: full refund of deposit paid
Deposits paid is not transferable to another date – the cancellation policy will still apply.
