Cottage Sauvignon is a self catering holiday home with three air-conditioned bedrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs) and two bathrooms. The lounge is air-conditioned and leads out onto the patio. It is furnished with an L-shaped couch, an indoor fireplace and a wall-mounted, curved Smart 55" TV with DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for self catering. It includes a microwave, tea / coffee making facilities, oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, washing machine / tumble dryer and a dishwasher. On the patio there is a comfortable lounge suite and a coffee table for guests to relax and enjoy.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In the case of booking being cancelled during the rental period or with a no show then the following rules apply:
Cancellation until 14 days before arrival and after arrival = 100%
Cancellation until 15 - 90 days before arrival = 50%
Cancellation 91 - 120 days before arrival = 25%
Cancellation 121 - 180 days before arrival = 10%
Earlier than 180 days before arrival = 5%
Should we be able to rent out the units to other guests then the deposit will be prorated and returned (deduction of 10% of the calculated repayment as administration fee).
