Coral Island 104 has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are finished with modern features, and carpeted floors and include crisp linen and fresh towels. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has access to a separate bathroom also fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. This stylish unit features a stunning open-plan living space, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas presenting the ideal flow. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, and dishwasher as well as all the necessary appliances and cookware you will need to cook up your favourite meals. The 4 seater dining table creates an intimate setting for family and friends and leads into the cozy lounge area fitted with a flat-screen TV. Large sliding doors, allowing an abundance of natural light in, take you out onto a balcony area where you can enjoy the braai facilities as well as the mesmerising views of the ocean and mountains.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
