Constantia Views Villa has three bedrooms. Occupying the top entrance level is the sea-facing living space with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The scullery has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The lounge has air conditioning, a Smart TV and DStv. Uncapped Wi-Fi is provided. These all open onto the balcony with seating arrangements, hanging chair and full views. There is a bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto private balconies with tranquil forest and partial sea views. There is a double sleeper couch in the landing between these rooms. A portable gas braai, pool table, darts and ping-pong table all provide entertainment. The villa has an alarm with armed response. Secure parking is available in the double automated garage with access to the house. Additional on site parking is available.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival.

There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.

Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.

No pets are allowed on the property. The area is a conservancy surrounded by wildlife including birds, bushbucks and bush pigs.

A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.

Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs inside the house, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. Please bring your own camp cot and high chair with.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit, you will be refunded any additional payments made if you cancel 60 - 30 days prior to arrival.
You will waive 100% of payments made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival.
