Boasting beautiful sea views, the apartment has a spacious living area with balcony, ideal for entertaining. Colonial Sands Unit B is a seven sleeper apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the main bedroom has a ceiling fan. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and gas braai facilities are provided. TV with a DStv access point is available but please bring along your own decoder, smart card, remote, cables etc. if you wish to make us of this facility. The complex has a swimming pool and is situated within easy walking distance of the swimming beach, restaurants and shops in Margate.
