CocoMo is an exclusive open-plan boutique studio measuring 50 sqm, carefully designed to provide a peaceful and sophisticated coastal escape. Bright, inviting interiors create a welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for couples seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.

The sleeping area is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed dressed in premium 100% cotton linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The thoughtfully planned living space also incorporates a comfortable lounge, dining area and a well-appointed kitchenette, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of self-catering accommodation without compromising on style.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a four-plate gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, bar fridge, toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities, as well as a selection of essential kitchen utensils and supplies. A dining table with seating offers the perfect place to enjoy meals, while the inviting lounge area provides comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming services and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The spacious separate bathroom has been finished with clean contemporary styling and features an open shower, oversized basin, quality bathroom amenities, a hairdryer and fresh towels.

French doors open directly onto the private tropical garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoor living areas and the tranquil outdoor setting.

Guests can unwind in their own secluded courtyard, complete with a refreshing plunge pool, comfortable sun loungers, a built-in BBQ/braai, outdoor dining furniture, a fire pit and a distinctive outdoor tree shower set beneath swaying palms. The peaceful garden attracts an abundance of birdlife, providing a tranquil setting for leisurely afternoons, while the gentle sound of distant waves creates a soothing backdrop after sunset. Every detail has been carefully considered to create an inviting retreat for slow holidays, romantic weekends and relaxing coastal escapes.

Although CocoMo forms part of the main residence, it offers complete privacy, with its own separate entrance and secure on-site parking. Guests have exclusive use of both the studio and the private tropical garden. Access from the parking area to the studio is via a short flight of stairs.

The property is equipped to accommodate load shedding, with backup lighting and a UPS system ensuring the Wi-Fi remains operational during power interruptions. A friendly Ridgeback dog lives on the property but does not have access to the guest accommodation. For guests staying for extended periods, occasional garden or pool maintenance may be carried out to keep the outdoor spaces in excellent condition.
